Kekkei Genkai: Ryu No Me – Dragon Eye
Ryu No Me is a Lesser Doujutsu used by the Daishi Ryu Clan. Once the Eye has been activated it cannot be deactivated. Once the Eye is activated the iris changes to the Clan Member's chakra type. Also upon activation the Clan Member can make their sight zoom in by 50 yards at level One. It takes either someone under Emotional Stress during a Battle or training to unlock the Ryu No Me.

Level 2 Ryu No Me: At level two the clan member can zoom their sight up to 100 yards. The eye also allows the Clan Member to see faint signatures of chakra if it has been used within an hour of them finding it. It takes One year of training to unlock Level Two.

Level 3 Ryu No Me: At level three the clan member can zoom their sight up to 200 yards. The Clan Member can see faint signatures of chakra if it has been used within two hours of them finding it. It takes 2 Years of training or to witness a friend's death to unlock Level Three.

Level 4 Ryu No Me: At level four the clan member can zoom their sight up to 250 yards. This is the Maximum they can zoom. The Clan Member can sense faint Chakra signatures up to 3 hours of it being used. The pupil also becomes slitted like a dragons. It takes 4 Years of training or to murder a friend to unlock Level Four. This is the Final stage.

Chakra sensing:
Unlike the Byakugan and seeing tenketsu points the Ryu No Me eyes sees traces of certain jutsu left over from its use. The Clan member is able to sense chakra that has been used in Jutsu. To sense this the normal chakra will have had to have been mixed with physical energy and spiritual energy to create the jutsu. Less amounts of Chakra are needed to to be seen as the Ryu No Me eyes increase in level.

The Jutsu they can see is based upon their level of the Ryu No Me eyes. Level 2: Can only see Jutsu traces that use a lot of chakra. Level 3: Can see Medium Ranked jutsu that don't require much chakra. Level 4: Can see Basic jutsu that use minuscule amounts of chakra.

Far sight:
Ryu No Me eyes not only offer the ability to see traces of Chakra. They also allow the user to increase their sight depending on their level. Level 1 can see up to 50 yards. Level 2 can see up to 100 yards. Level 3 can see up to 200 yards. Level 4 can see up to 250 yards.

Jutsu:

Clan History: The Daishi Ryu have been around since before the founding of Sunagakure. The legend is that a Legendary Summoner, Daitaro Daishi, wanted to truly master the art of summoning so he went to the Dragon Realm. There he met the Boss Dragon who refused to give a summoning contract to someone so greedy. Outraged at this Daitaro summoned all his Creatures and killed every dragon there but before he left Daitaro went to the boss Dragon and replaced his eyes for the Dragon's.

While the true history of the clan is hidden somewhere it is true that the member's hold a truly unique eye. What is known about the Clan's true history is that they used to roam the Wind Country getting Summoning Contracts with all the animals that lived there. So when they happened across a hidden village being built they decided to offer their summons to help build it. When the job was done the clan was invited to join the hidden village and be the first to train the next Generation of Ninja.

The Clan's compound within Sunagakure hosts the largest library pertaining to Summoning Jutsu, Kekkai Genkais, and Wind Ninjutsu. The Clan also has multiple families. Each have the Surname of Daishi. The branches are Ironically named after summons. The Toad Branch is what is considered the Main House Toad Branch have the most Active Ryu No Me users. The Slug Branch is what is considered the Middle House. It is uncommon for the Slug Branch to have active Ryu no Me users. The Snake Branch is what is considered the Low House. They rarely have any Ryu no Me users. The Snake House has had the most Geniuses though as the only ones who have had the Ryu no Me have been geniuses.

Also - Mind going into a LOT more detail on how the "chakra sensing" works? I just want to make sure it won't work at all like the Sharingan's and Byakugan's ability to see chakra. Basically, if they can see chakra in the body or in clones, etc., then I probably will not allow it, as it would be far too similar. But go ahead and do what you can and I'll see if it's fine. ^_^

Not at all. It really mentioned nothing new that I could see. I just need to know what they can, and what they can't see when it comes to chakra. Especially since they can supposedly see chakra in an area when it was previously used. Just go into a lot of detail about how they see it, what they see, what they can't see, etc. As it stands, it seems like they can see all chakra in jutsu, which would let them see through a lot of techniques and such, and make it far too much like the Byakugan and Sharingan for me to allow.
