History:  Kaze even from an early age showed excellence in speed and intelligence. Starting at the age of two Kaze's father, a respected Jonin, started training his son's intelligence with the game Shogi. Kaze beat his father for the first time when he first turned five. Kaze ended up never losing to his father ever again. Soon after that his father started getting tougher and tougher opponents for Kaze to square off against. When Kaze turned seven his father started training him in Taijutsu techniques and making him run with weights on, increasing the weight as he grew stronger. Kaze trained 9 hours a day and all through the week except Sundays. This was Kaze's rest period. Kaze trained like this for a year before he joined the ninja academy at the age of eight.

Kaze maintained his training schedule with a few variations. His training now included Ninjutsu and Genjutsu with shortened hours. Because of the shorter schedule Haru enlisted kaze's older brother's help. His brother was an ANBU member and a skilled Ninjutsu and Genjutsu user. Haruki was the first to find out how bad Kaze's temper could be after a kunai ended up in his leg. Though Haruki forgave Kaze he never let his guard down again. Haruki developed a genjutsu that he would use whenever Kaze got angry, which was quite often. Kaze soon graduated from the Ninja Academy with high marks and few incidents involving his anger.
