Personality: Suijo is a bit of a downer from time to time. He never really looks at the bright side of anything. He constantly blames himself for any failure or downfall around him. He believes he is stupid and worthless. He doesn't make much of a presence around others. He would much rather hide away from those around him then get ion anyone way. He is a true blue loner.

Suijo understands too much which may be his undoing. He understands all his surroundings and takes every single problem and flaw into account.
For that reason he has become use to being a bit of a daredevil. Suijo often ignores what he know to be a fact to simply help others. This has probably happened due to the fact that he believes his is worthless in the eyes of others. Only a tool, a tool called a shinobi.


Appearance: Suijo has long black hair which he keeps braided.His hair ends somewhere in the middle of his back. His skin is a dark brown. His eyes are a heavy brown resembling black. He has a huge scar across his right shoulder which origin is unknown. He also has a muscular build compared to most people. His height and his weight are his main flaws for him to be a ninja. He cannot hide as well as others and usually stands out in a crowd. He is always looking lost as if he doesn't really know where he is or what he's doing.

Suijo wears a short sleeved black shirt with a sleeveless green jacket over.
He wears a bandanna over his head which his hair seems to fall out of. He wheres green baggy pants which look about three sizes too big on him. He has his headband around his neck. He appears as if he is always freezing because of his attire, It's not really met for someone from the country of the clouds. He always dresses in the same manner. Even on his missions his clothing sometimes get in his way. However he still refuses to change his attire.


History:

At a young Age, Suijo was selected due to his irregular chakra pattern he was sealed away with the Onbi no Saru, due to it having no actual host during the time. As a young man he was raised to fight and train to the point by his parents that he was capable of defending himself and understanding his strength. It made him confused to the point that he was unable to even understand the power of the beast within him, and now he was thrown into a brand new world.

Suijo of the Cloud. That’s all there is to him now, that name.
Suijo is a child of battle. His parent where taken away from him at a young age due to several thieves, and from that point forward all he has know was battle. From that point on he was forced to live with his grandfather who never really cared for him all too much. His grandfather never paid attention to him always believed he was a bother.

At the age of 7 his grandfather became a hopeless drunk who could only care about a good drink and gambling. His grandfather deprived Suijo of all basic things kids his age needed. He went without food, school or even friends.

At the age of 8, only one year later, Suijo was sold into slavery by his grandfather to help pay off his debts. There he had no face, no identity, no life. He worked as a slave for several noblewomen of fire country where, however they were sentenced to death via assassination.

Suijo watched as several Jounin broke in and freed him from the hell he had been in for two years. However at the age of ten and nowhere to go he was hopeless. Suijo wandered the land of the lightening for sometime. Having no place to go and no place to belong he turned to stealing as he means of living.

At the age of 11 Suijo was going down a heavy slump. He would do whatever it took to survive. Destruction and Death where two common things to him now, This was now his way of life. He felt as if he had nothing left to live for. He would take things he didn't even need just to prove he was still alive. To prove his existence in the world around him, he would do this until things changed. However that would soon change.

About the age of 14 Suijo had gained some rep. as a thief. So some ninja where hired by a few local store owner to take him in a return what was stolen. After stealing his daily stash of food for a week, He was attacked by several Genin. Suijo had heard of ninja's and remembered them for what they had done for him many years ago. He knew that if they where after him he must have done something wrong. However, even knowing that Suijo began to grow more curious. He had no reason to turn himself over just yet. He wanted to see if what he believed was true. If these ninja where as unstoppable as he once believed.

As they corned him began to observe the three genin. They couldn't have been any older then him. Two girls and a boy attacked him, each one with kunai's in their hands. The first of the girls threw a kunai at him but it was obvious that she didn't plan on hitting him. The kunai fell short of his foot. Suijo didn't move only stood and watched as the kunai fell short of him. At that time a man in all black with a bandana around his head appeared.

"You’re not a normal kid are you?" The man stared at Suijo with a heavy look in his eyes. "Not most people would stand to take on three genin, let alone not flinch when they move to attack." Suijo looked at him and didn't speak a word. The man asked him one question that would change his life.
"What is your name boy?" Suijo looked to him and spoke."My name is Suijo Tensu."


Suijo was taken in as a Ninja and raised as one as well.He entered the ninja academy at the age of 15 and graduated at the age of 16. He was the oldest genin to enter the academy out of his class and the oldest to graduate, however his training and understanding of chakra which he was taught and developed from his Jounin adoptive father enabled him to gain immense control. However he grasped the way of the ninja fast and soon accepted it as his only means of life. Now at the age of 16 Suijo is now a genin of the Hidden Clouds with only the way of the ninja as his guide through his life.

Other: Suijo carries the Onbi no Saru within him which is the primary reason to his attack and current position. The Four Tailed Ape.

Description: By laying down large amounts of hair, the user can create a chakra infused rope that can bind an opponent's legs to the ground. This leaves the enemy open to various kinds of attack since they are unable to move. In order to be effective, the opponent must be standing on the hair.
System: The number of posts the enemy will be unable to move is equal to the user's Chakra Control. For each point more the enemy has in Chakra Power than the user does, the effect will diminish a post.

After further speaking, I've decided to stick with the current village Kida.
