Personality:

As a ninja, Tenjin doesn't hold himself too high into the rankings. However, he considers his abilities to be top-notch when going into debate and politics. As a member of Konohagakure's council of shinobi, he is a free thinking individual who tends to be controversial toward the rest of the village. His personal bias toward certain issues always raise alarms when people hear his ideas and beliefs, but he is not self-centered and always is thinking about the well-being of the village.

Being an ex-member of Konohagakure's ANBU devision, Tenjin is confident in his abilities. He, in fact, is so confident that he puts his own opinion above others in conversation, and will only let other ideas come before his own if his ideas, in his mind, are known to fail in comparison.

This overly confident ball of smut also is a lecher. He hits on almost every woman he meets, whether or not he is actually interested in them, and in the list of his priorities he finds that after completing a job, getting laid comes right after that. As such, he never falters to sneak in a few comments of perversion to women he meets, even if they are of higher authority than his own.

History:

Born within the country of Fire, Tenjin grew up within the clan of Senju under the influence that his lineage was no better than anyone else. However, his mother's influences somewhat disagreed with the nature of the rest of the clan. Still, he would learn from her over-reactions to other people's opinions and would become something of an apathetic person because of it. Her later leaving him to live on his own would only further these feelings of disconnection between himself and those around him. Because of this, he would grow into being somewhat of an introverted personality.

His years through growing up at the side of other young ninja would only be reflected upon by his own unwillingness to trust in them. Still, his own personal strength allowed for him to overcome obstacles and show prowess as a self-dependent being. Though this was advanced at that age, it was not what he was supposed to be learning at that time. He still had not learned to be able to trust in others for dependency in certain areas. And as such he never really learned to do so.

The only person that Tenjin could trust in was another young ninja by the name of Haruhi. She was a very outgoing female who had a built a liking to him at a young age. The two of them would become good friends under her influence, and he would willingly submit himself to her verbal torture and learn to resist indulging himself, even if she could not resist urges to hug and toy with his emotions.

As Tenjin would grow, the two would advance on the same teams and learn a very complementary style of ninjutsu that would help one another in combat and in various forms of situations. It was a partnership that let him learn to trust in others like he had not been able to in earlier years. But when missions came to missions, the tragic events of a ninja's life always lead to disaster.

After the two of them had been promoted to the rank of Chuunin, Tenjin and Haruhi would finally admit their liking for one another, and they would begin a relationship of being more than just friends. Not long after this time, the team would go off on a retrieval mission, in an attempt to infiltrate an encampment of rogues and thieves whom had been holding comrades from the village captive.

Tenjin was on the support party, while Haruhi was infiltrating. The results were well up until they found their targets. When Tenjin came in to assist the silent retreat, he would come just in time to see his love struck down before his very eyes. She would be heavily wounded by a man wearing a red cape. The team would quickly retreat with the lives of the men they had come to rescue, and Tenjin himself would drag Haruhi along until they were safe and out of range from the enemies. Laying her body down on the wet grass as the rain came down from the heavens above, he would kiss her one last time before her eyes would close to never open again.

From that point on, Tenjin could not trust in another person to survive and act on their own. So he would become the arm for the village. He had originally planned to retire at a young age with his love, but now he was set and determined to become a strong Jounin so that he could become strong enough to protect those whom he loved. However contradictory to this promise, he would take into heart of his apathetic nature and be overcome with the nature and personality that Haruhi was known to act on him. He would become a lecher and shameless in his acts. And on top of that, he would not care what anyone would think of him anymore, as he insulted most anyone whom he talked to and usually did it in a very disconcerting and condescending way.

Since that time, all that has really changed is that he achieved his dream of becoming Jounin. Still, he does not think he has become strong enough to protect anyone more than he could have done years ago. Because of this, he tends not to have very good relations with anyone he meets. He distances them to keep them from getting close. But he still has an important opinion, and holds one of the top spots within the village. Because of this and his known wish to protect the village and all of its people, he is on the village council since two years prior to now.

The hand itself, does not retain a physical element, but the tips of the immaterial fingers have a physical element when this technique is active, and it can be made active and inactive by sheer willpower of the user as well as a very in-depth control of chakras.

Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed handseals, the ninja will focus chakra to their hands. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle.

After making an incision into an organ, a ninja can then use water to pour into the wound and then manipulate the water so that it collects any and all of the poisons within the organ. The user manipulates the water so that it then is pulled back out of the organ, through the incision, and holds the poison within its mass as it does so. Though this may not completely cure the person of the effects of the poison, it will remove the poison or substance from their system and slow the effects that it might have on them.
