Water Jutsu D-ranked- Kirigakure no Jutsu – Hidden Mist Technique The user creates a mist around the area causing visibility to become obscure. The density of the mist can be controlled by the user. The mist can become so dense that the user won't be able to see.
C-ranked- Mizu Rappa– Violent Water Wave Suiton: Mizurappa is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Jaya will expel a strong jet of water at his opponent.
Suiton: Teppoudama – Water Bullet Suiton: Teppoudama is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the necessary hand seals, the user manifests a large amount of water in his mouth, which can then sbe pit at an opponent as a large spherical projectile.
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu – Water Clone Technique Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.
Suirou no Jutsu – Water Prison Technique Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals, which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison, which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.
Takitsubo no Jutsu – Waterfall Basin Technique Suiton: Takitsubo no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals to create a large volume of water.
Mizu no Muchi - Whip of Water Mizu no Muchi is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a whip. The whip will function in the normal fashion, such as allowing the ninja to whip the crap out of little kids.
B-Ranked- Mizu Kamikiri - Rising Water Cutter Suiton: Mizu Kamikiri is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. To utilize this technique, Jaya will slam his foot to the ground, causing water to rise up and travel towards his target as a slicing jet.
Mizu no Tatsumaki - Tornado of Water Mizu no Tatsumaki is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent for a loop.
Suiton: Suishouha – Water Collision Destruction Suiton: Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. Nidaime Hokage does a string of hand seals which then causes a large volume of water to materialize out of nowhere. The water can then be directed at his target.
Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu – Water Dragon Projectile Technique Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a long string of hand seals which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to rise from the water and then strike their target.
Suiton: Suijinheki – Water Encampment Wall Suiton: Suijinheki is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja will first do a string of hand seals and then proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth to act as a water barrier from incoming attack.
Suiton: Suigaden – Water Fang Projectile Suiton: Suigadan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals to cause a nearby body of water to form a spinning drill.
Suiton: Suikoudan no Jutsu – Water Shark Projectile Technique Suiton: Suikoudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals, which then causes a column of water to rise from the water and then strike their target.
A-Rank Jutsu-
Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu – Giant Waterfall Technique Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a column of water will circle the ninja and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as is pulls them away.
Suiton: Hahonryuu – Water Release: Destruction Torrent Suiton: Hahonryuu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. To use this technique Jaya will generate water to use against his opponent. This technique was seen in conjunction with Naruto's Wind Element Rasengan. These two attacks combined together to form Gufuu Suika, a large rotating water and wind vortex.
A-Ranked Wind Jutsu
Kazetonneru no Jutsu – Wind Tunnel Technique Kazetonneru no Jutsu is a technique utilizing the wind element. After making a string of hand signs, the user will hold out their hands towards their opponent and focus wind chakra into their palms. A massive vortex of razor cutting wind will be unleashed, composed of countless tiny blades of air. The vortex will cause extensive damage to its victim, opening countless tiny razor cuts all across the body and thus causing the victim to bleed significantly and experience severe pain. However, the user's hands receive a portion of damage as well causing cuts along the palms and fingers.
Fuuton: Fudou Kuruma Rendan - Wind Release: Floating Wheel Barrage Technique This technique uses wind to create 6 wind shuriken around the user, and launch them at the target. The wind shuriken are good for wounding the target, but it's not strong enough to kill, just leave an average sized gash on the skin. When the shuriken make contact with an object, they disperse into air once again. Can only go in a straight path.
Fuuton: Rensei Yaiba Rendan -- Wind Release: Drilling Sword Barrage This is the upgrade of the Fudou Furuma Rendan. The technique creates spinning double edged swords instead of shuriken. Unlike its weaker version, these swords will pierce through the target if given the chance, but it'll disperse just the same way.
Shippuu Doragon Shuukan – Gale Dragon Imprisonment The user creates a wind dragon projectile that is half the size of a water dragon projectile, which is meant to be a prison of wind blades of sorts, torturing the victim within with sharp winds.It can also cause damage even if the victim isn't caught in it. The user must put into consideration that the dragon's path may not be manipulated, and they must use the technique from mid to long range.
C-Rank- Fuuton: Reppushou– Gale Wind Palm Fuuton: Reppushou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Nagato will send a strong gust of wind towards his target. When acting in conjunction with another thrown weapon, the wind can increase its power and deadliness.
