Personality: Jushiro is a rather lazy individual. he dislikes putting effort into his work and would rather sleep then do actual work even if it meant going against orders. he hates working and speaks in a lazy voice. He is often found sleeping in trees, under trees or any where he can sleep even the middle of the road. He is lazy because of high IQ of 210 so he is rarely entertained. But when it comes down to it when pushed in battle he is a merciless killer and will kill anyone whom get in his way

History:

Jushiro was born into the Kumogakure Kasai Clan Branch. he was born into the head family that when he became of age he would later become the clans heir and head. Jushiro like most Kasai heirs was raised from a young age first in physical training and mental training before his ninja training. His body was trained to be strong and faster. He trained himself with his parents and clan members to make them proud. Jushiro was born with a high IQ of 210. he was a genuis in the clan that from the tender age of 5 he was picking up a sword and learning to master the Shinpantouryuu.

Jushiro joined the Ninja academy when he was only 6 years olda genuis and prodigy of the village. he raced through the academy but chose to stay and graduated when he was ten years staying on four years to study in his free time to learn on his own while at the academy never paying attention to the teachers.

Jushiro when he graduated became the apprentice of one of his clans swordsmen and his fathers best friend. He was trained by his teacher in the SHinpantouryuu and Ninjutsu learning to master the two arts before he was put up in the chunin exams at the age of 13. He was forced into a team that 's third member had been killed on a previous mission.

Jushiro passed the exams with flying colours but his 'team-mates' failed in their exams and were stuck as CHunin for another year. Jushiro quickly signed up for the Anbu Black Ops where he was tested to see if he was worthy enough. He was held back on the test till he was 16 as he was told he was to young to Join anbu at the time. At 16 he took the test and passed again joining Kumogakure's Anbu where he was given a black hawk mask.

Now at 19 Jushiro works as an Anbu but a Chunin as well used to join Genin squads that are short a member. He had been told to never reveal his identity as the legendary Anbu Operative Black Hawk.

It is known as the strongest or one of the strongest sword styles. it is passed down through generations of swordsman being taught. They then go out and teach their style, the original style and the style they were taught to a pupil whom then recreates it for themselves and does the same passing it down. A large dragon made of chakra will erupt from the tip and come crashing down on the target. The wielder will shoot through the serpentine dragon chakra engulfing them and their blade. Description:This displacement technique is a specialty of the Ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan-user will see the mist colored by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu

Description: The user spits out high-viscosity, chakra-mixed water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few meters, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channeling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited.



Name: Suirō no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique)

Type: Ninjutsu

Description: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is stronger than steel as stated by Zabuza Momochi. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Even so, the target is still able to speak.



Name: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water CLone)

Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body. Additionally, water clones only have one-tenth of the original person's power, as stated by Haku. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

Description: The user puts his hand on the surface of a body of water and from the tips of five fingers, chakra is released into the water, changing it into the form of five ferocious sharks. The sharks circle the target with high speed, creating a raging stream that takes away their prey's freedom of movement and their sharp teeth tear into the enemy with each consecutive attack. In the anime, these sharks can regenerate from surrounding water, making them difficult to destroy

Description: This technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. Description:
This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out is in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defense without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. The wall's strength and resistance change following the quantity of chakra poured down into the water, so a skillful shinobi will be able to build a sturdy one. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.

Description: This technique extends water over a large scale, surges and rises up to several dozen meters high. Then it streams down to the ground in one big cascade, much like a gigantic waterfall. What remains after that jutsu's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair share of chakra.

Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and their intended destination.

Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. But unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.
