| Okay well i've been doing this for X number of years. Kinda embarassed by it. But it taught me some tricks.
When someone joins a site they look at recent posts to see often people are on and wether they post a lot or a little. So the first step to saving the site is MORE POSTING. Threads threads and more threads. Just do everything ya can to get characters active whether they want to or not. Because it'll bring out more future possibilities if people know each other. And it also allows for more bad guy oppourtunities.
